What a momentous day for Pakistan cricket as two of our legends made their start in the 50 overs format. It was the 1st ODI vs. England in the Prudential Trophy and Pakistan managed to win by 7 wickets.

Zaheer scored 31 (51) in his debut and showed good promise. Imran Khan didn't get a chance to bat but he did play an economic role with the ball (10 overs - 36 runs - 0 wickets).

One notable was Majid Khan who scored 109 (93) to guide Pakistan to a successful chase.

How many here think that Zaheer abbas is the best ODI batsman produced by Pakistan? His only problem is less no. of matches.

What a day indeed! One well and truly the greatest ever Pakistan cricketer (Imran Khan), the other (Zaheer Abbas) 'perhaps' Pakistan´s best batsman - well, some believe it that way at least.

Personally, from what I have seen Inzamam-ul-Haq was the best Pakistan batsman that I have seen in my lifetime.
