Online union council app and land registration

I have a question regarding death certificates from the union councils. I heard that a new app has been launched, which would mean that we won't have to go to Pakistan to get these. Furthermore, is there any online app or website regarding registering land on your name? Because this current patwari system is too difficult to comprehend for non-Pakistanis
