Other than the NCA, how many cricket academies do we have in Pakistan?

Its interesting to know how many there are because Academies (or at-least well run ones) train youngsters to an elite level, but if we only have one (the NCA), then it will explain why our talent isn't excelling when they get to the International level.

I would say that since its inception in 2003 the NCA has failed to produce even one player who has seen success.

Its utitlity is nothing more than being a gym where players keep fit or do nets

Rashid Latif, Moin Khan, Sarfraz Nawaz and Abdul Qadir also run their own cricket academies.

We need school cricket more than academies. Need school sports in general. I've no idea why they disappeared all of a sudden.

Moin khan's academy is more like a profit making business. It is just too expensive for any avg bloke to play there.
Rashid's is more like a genuine acadmy where everyone can join, some poor ones even free of charge

I think the op is asking for NCA i.e National Cricket Academy...something along the lines of Loughborough in uk. Should be more than one for such a large country as Pakistan. Good question.

But even in Uk there is only one by the ECB. Many private ones of course but you want to see more affiliated one with national bodies.

Has NCA Lahore produced any cricketers for national team?
Is Hanif Muhammad academy up and running in Karachi?
Is Academies the way forward if properly run?
Does India rely on cricket academies like NCA Lahore?
Should PAK build more academies like NCA Lahore with top coaches or we need to produce players in another way?

Which other country has a cricket academy and how are they run successfully???

NCA is extremely over rated. Which player in Pakistan have they produced or even improved? To me the people in the NCA are just enjoying tension free salaries. There needs to be accountability and performance appraisal in Pakistan Cricket, perform or perish

Nadeem Omar's Pakistan Academy Club shines as the only club whose players have gone onto represent Pakistan. His club has done more than what NCA has done in 10 years.

There is no incentive for any club or academy to produce talent. The corporate governance system in the PCB like our parliamentary system is flawed. The powerful and unqualified win elections and there is literally no incentive to do anything of note.
