Pakistan (141/8) hand Afghanistan (66) a thumping 75-run defeat in the Final of the UAE Tri-Series

Garbage joke of a team. Can't bat vs spin to save their lives.

Another embarrassing loss vs Afghanistan is on the cards.
 
Bye guys. Looks like another one sided match. We always choke in final or semi. No wonder we havw 1 WC so far.
 
To think babar doesnt walk in this eleven is shambles.

If you want to play haris put him at top or 3 and thats it.

This whole batting unit can play around babar and agha.
 
Fakhar, Farhan, Saim, Hassan Nawaz have all struggled this series.

Going into Asia Cup on current form is going to be tough.
 
Can people here stop dragging Babar and Rizwan into every discussion? They’re not even on the pitch right now, and they’re not the ones struggling at the moment.
Every player currently out there had at least 90% support from fans on PakPassion when the squad was selected. So if they’re struggling, the questions should be about them — not some endless trolling with Babar and Rizwan’s names, just because that’s the only argument left for some people.
I support this team: if they lose, I’ll ask questions; if they win, I’ll celebrate them. But I’m not going to bring up the past to defend the present, especially when these are the players I myself wanted to see given a chance.
 
Why don't Pakistani players take their jobs seriously they get paid so much.

They never work on their game and they never read the game.
They just come to play and hope for the best.

Babar never scores against spinners.
 
These two can take us to a winnable total if they construct innings well

They practice everything in the nets.

But under game pressure they can't execute the basics well.
 
lucky for us, no asia cup games will be played on this turning sharjah wicket

Farhan hasn’t really struggled — he just doesn’t have a big score yet because he goes after the bowling from ball one, without always adjusting to the pitch. Sometimes the conditions demand batting sensibly instead of trying to smash straightaway.

Fakhar, on the other hand, is slowly coming into his elements.
Saim has been a big disappointment so far.
As for Hasan, InshaAllah he might just remind everyone today why he’s considered a big-match player.
 
Afghanistan has better conventional batsmen. If they don't lose their head they should play like ODI and get to the total.

Pakistan limping here, it needs a good inning of 70 odd by either Hasan or Agha and supported by couple cameos from the rest, except from Haris who will almost certainly would not do much.

Not defending Babar, but he is miles ahead of Saim, Haris, and even Fakhar when it comes to handling spin. At least Babar can get behind the ball and play it with the full face of the bat, rotating strike with singles. The others look one-dimensional — they just walk in and swing for boundaries. Not once this series have I seen them play spin with confidence or without doubt. Rashid, Noor, and Mujeeb have literally made them dance every time.

They have major issues in everything. This team sucks in every aspect whether its batting or bowling or fielding. There's a reason they're at the bottom across formats.

Everyday just gets more and more depressing as a Pakistani fan to be honest.

Good bowling by Afghanistan. Their spinners are almost unplayable in these conditions.

No they don't study the game. They can't even read the spinner from their hand.
They don't work hard on their game.
