The pause is a bit off-putting but batters have to deal with it. This is international cricket. They should be ready for all actions.

Sami Ayub will give 1-2 lose balls every over, just cash that and don’t over attack, the medium pacers will bowl laddoos to Abhishek anyways. The debate around actions is silly.

They should have technology like they have in BBL that shows the bend in the elbow every ball. If anyone exceeds that, they should just call it a no-ball there and then at the spot.

The pause in the action is a non-issue. It's not that he pauses before some deliveries while for others he doesn't. His pause is a constant part of his bowling.

Bartlett is probably being groomed to be the next white ball specialist bowler with all the retirements looming. All these Aussie spinners seem to be bits and pieces T20 specialists except Zampa.
