Post #5 looks all the more sillier.
He went at over 4 an over to the mighty Zimboks. That's why he ain't ready for Test cricket yet.
Lol.
PP experts.
To be fair to Asghar, his economy was ruined by bowling to Sean Williams who scored 39(46) off of him. Left-arm spinners tend to struggle against left-handed batsman anyway. He's a good player of spin. He scored 71 against us in 2008. Got 22(24) against Afridi and 19(21) off of Malik. Asghar is not bowling to the Zimbabwe A team, but the actual team on absolute roads which are graveyards for spinners. And he still managed to pick up 3 wickets.
Thanks.

Looool an overeaction I think. We are playing West Indies next year in the Caribbean, Asghar should definitely be selected for that tour. We will need an extra spinner to support Yasir can't relay on Zulfi forever now.
Don't have a clue when inzi will call up Asghar though, he deserves a chance! !
I think Inzi is waiting 2-3 years. Asghar is only 17 and spinners usually mature and peak later on in their careers. Also, playing international cricket for 20 years will make him struggle w/injuries. Not like the clock is ticking on him anyway.
The PSL isn't the right place to judge a spinner, going off last season. The pitches are offer to much assistance for the slower bowlers.Whichever one of Asghar/Gohar has a better PSL should replace Zulfiqar in our Test squad.
Thanks.

And with Yasir Shah in the team, the backup spinner will generally only play on spin friendly tracks, so may as well choose someone who performs on themThe PSL isn't the right place to judge a spinner, going off last season. The pitches are offer to much assistance for the slower bowlers.

the team management is worst I have seen; not selecting players according to the format they excel inThe think tank looks totally clueless , isnt Jahid Ali the one who did pretty well in the england tour as an opener and now they have changed his position in the batting order just for the sake of fruitless experimentation.

Things do not work like that.
Should we cancel Qea Trophy ?
taking wickets of lower order batsmen with an avg of 40+ whereas Shadab has outpreformed him comfortably .
Asghar is not ready yet
Saad Ali out for 97.![]()
Saad Ali is looking like very good test prospect. Umar Amin and Saad Ali are 2 prospects to eventually replace Misbah and YK.Saad Ali out for 97.![]()

Shadab finishing with 5 wickets in the 2nd innings after making a century and taking 4 wickets in the 1st innings.
Wow wow wow what a talent.
He is a must in our odi team.
Look at Umar Amin, even his ducks are so damn classy, wow wow![]()
Those saying Umar Amin performed poorly because he was played as an opener should note that he was dismissed after scoring 30 runs and playing 40 balls. Any new ball antics and opening nerves must have calmed by then. It was his lack of mental fortitude and fragile temperament that caused his demise, not his abnormal playing position.
