Pak A should have played some new bowlers in these matches..Talha and imran are hopless..what is the of point of these matches if new players arent going to get a chance??

is it a ODI or Test. . Sami Aslam is highly rated here in PP, and he struggles against 3rd class attack..

He is overrated, not made for international cricket and has serious technical flaws in his game

Sami Aslam once again struggling against good bowling. Hawkeye

Brilliant by Babar. :14:

Scored a hundred against the same bowling ?

Conditions are difficult today. Ball is swinging and seaming.

He's yet to play a single innings of note in tough conditions or good bowling, and then people compare him to Babar Azam.

Nah Babar Azam way more talented ...

I don't have much insight regarding Babar and Sami, but in a match I watched live, Sami scored a century, while Babar didn't do much.

It is mind-boggling that Fawad Alam is not in the national side. Also, Babar Azam and Sami Aslam should be given a chance prior to the WC 2015.

Not possible as this would bring the fixed places of hafeez younis asad and even misbah in danger.

Only in pak deserving playera are kept out for over age and faveroute playera of the captain !

two bowlers of the squad are injured (Adil and Hammad) while Anwar is called up for the senior squad. Just looked at the squad and only two bowlers available are completely unknown (Iftikhar Ahmed & Shehzad Azam)

Talha and Imran Khan have better credentials than those two I'd say !

Has anyone seen Babar Azam bowl? Heard he bowls some useful off spinners so better take a rain check on that :ajmal:hafeez

Btw, Shahzaib Ahmed continues to impress. A very positive lad, and what a great 5-6 months he has had, so happy for him :14:

I remember the time when he couldnt make Karachi Dolphins team for 2 seasons and had to play for Quetta region. What a farce it is that this talented bowler is not allowed while nobody's like Faraz Ahmed were persisted.

Mamoon Sharjeel made a century in the same conditions.

Sami Scored a ton in previous match as Sakss said.

Sharjeel flopped in that match, and you called him rubbish. He scored 138 today against this "GOOD" bowling. Shows you how great it was today?

Why do you have to attack Aslam anyway, both Babar and Aslam are our future openers with different batting styles.

Sami has scored centuries for fun in most difficult conditions. In England, and at departmental level. Babar at that time didn't have a single century to his name, so your claim isn't even true.

However, Babar is talented and so is Aslam. Former plays more beautiful shots, that I agree with.

Sharjeel is a fluke and a hack.

Today was one of his blue moon days and it could come against the best bowling attack in the world but on average, he will fail 8/10 regardless of the opposition.

Sami isn't bad nor am I hating on him, but the problem is that people put him in the same category as Babar which is laughable. There's a gulf of class between the two.

Sami might or might not make it, but Babar is 100% the future.

True I saw Sami play in UAE and by no means he can be called rubbish. Guy has a strong head and also leadership qualities.

Baber on the other hand no doubt is more talented.
