What is happening in Pakistan currently is that people are protesting against KFC and Pepsi to the point where now KFC is being vandalized, people are entering with weapons inside KFC and threatening people to get out and smashing the fixtures.

Reason being, Pakistani people, through social media, have been convinced that Pepsi and KFC (public limited companies of USA) are Israeli companies. Some think they directly fund Israel govt. You will find such people around here aswell.

Anyways, till last year, the boycott people were doing was from eating, but now during April of this year, the situation is that TLP has attacked and vandalized outlets in Sindh and this has convinced many other people to start doing the same all over in Pakistan.

Sooner or later, I wont be surprised if there are lynchings aswell.......

Just when you know Pakistan state has hit rock bottom, it does something even more ridiculous.......

This should never happen in a well run democracy, and there is even less excuse in a country where the military has overall control. This is precisely the role of govt to ensure law and order is observed.

In the UK after the Southport murders of the three girls by the black Christian teenager, there was a lot of unrest, and some trouble makers started attacking random Asians in cars and hotels housing migrants. Starmer cracked down on disorder very firmly and put a stop to it. You can like or hate Starmer, but he showed decisiveness to maintain civil order in the country. This is the attitude needed in the Indian continent where too much free rein is allowed by corrupt policing.

These companies have shown support for Israel in some limited form however the real criminals are the big tech companies like Microsoft, Apple, Google, Amazon and Meta.

Nice attempt by highlighting the Christian part but the fact is Al Qaeda manual was found in Axel Rudakubana's house and he killed those girls as per those manuals.

@Major bhai,

You mentioned the story that we all heard but you came very close to identifying the real problem but probably avoided to say it here.

I hope to see a level of honesty without a care for being politically correct from Pakistani posters.

Obviously if you miss it, posters from Bharat will come here and hit the nail on its head anyway.

But it really would be better if for once, it comes from your side.

You are acting like mob violence doesn't happen in India. :inti

Pot calling the kettle black?
Whataboutism much? Same thing you accuse others of?

Indians are concerned with India. At most they might raise their voice for Hindus in other countries. They don't go around ransacking places based on what happens outside India. None of them are a bunch of fools.

So this is the particular video i am referring too

There have been pelting of stones and vandalism at kfcs in pakistan, but this happened in the pindi saddar kfc where people inside were now threaten....

The lack of education and religion nationalism has really destroyed this nation

This isnt a issue about democracy. Saudia doesnt have a democracy but they dont have to deal with this stupidity.

This is an issue of religious nationalism.

Like how India has blind nationalism we have our religious nationalism. We get offended and are ready to do self inflicted damage if someone promotes propoganda in the name of religion.

You could have laws and its implementation but when you promote jingoism it will result to chaos. Difference is we have religious jingoism going on.

I urge my Bharatiya brothers to not troll in this thread. It takes a lot of guts for opening such honest threads here on sensitive topics. Let there be a clean and healthy discussion.

I know most of you won’t listen but just wanted to do my bit.

These extremists are living both side of borders but how security agencies dealt with them is more important. There is no place of jingoism in the name of religions

:kp

He was a Christian. Are you going to argue he was an Islamist now? Otherwise I don't see why you are deflecting with Al Qaeda manuals about killing girls ( there are no manuals for killing girls by the way). This is absolutely disgraceful attempt to sidetrack the thread, mods should delete your post.

It's an issue about government. You mentioned Saudis, how do you think they would deal with this sort of hooliganism?

Saudi’s don’t have to suffer KFC’s inferior stuff they have Al-Baik , brother

They drink Watermelon coolers instead of Pepsi at Jeddah Cornish

@Major

We have a Chief Minister here in our country who is famous for bulldozing houses of such unlawful people identified in riots. Bit controversial but sure as hell helped in reducing riots in his state. That state was known for these things back in the day. Nobody dares anymore because they know the JCBs will be coming.

Cola brands are nothing but packaged poison brother. That sugar is killing your organs slowly and steadily anyway.

Time to go back to our desi healthy drinks

For health purpose, i support rioters in their war against Cola brands.

Save your next generation.

Don’t be khassi, Drink Lassi.
Sweet Lassi >>>>>>>>>> Any Soft Drink.

Too bad I can't drink them anymore because of diabetes.

I don't know what Rajdeep hopes to achieve by distorting truth. We all have Google and we all can verify these things.

I think he really needs to find some hobbies. It is not healthy to propagada fake news online 24/7. :inti

What is more perplexing is that he has completely disrupted a thread which was about civil disorder in Pakistan. For what? To try to twist accepted facts just so he can continue spamming the forum with his Islamophobia?

Maybe a 2-3 days trip to the hills to rejuvenate their minds and fill it back with fresh air and positive thoughts brother.

I tried going on some nice dates, it helped me rekindle friendship with many posters here i used to have heated debates with that often went nowhere.
Therapy is underrated brother. Not bragging but just sharing my experience of taking little breaks and coming back a better man. @sweep_shot & @Bhaag Viru Bhaag can back me up on this.

These PTI and Indian trolls derail every thread related to Pakistan with their nonsense. The vandalising of KFC and Pepsi is a real concern but I wonder who has the incentive to do this at this time? The party not in power and crying about it every day maybe? @Bewal Express @psyoptica @emranabbas

What I am arguing is him being a black Christian has nothing to do with Southport attacks. It is unfair to link both as the crime he committed was after reading Military Studies in the Jihad Against the Tyrants: The Al-Qaeda Training Manual as per Merseyside police.

But many terrorists (including those fighting Islam) study this sort of literature, in fact the Al qaeda manuals themselves were probably filched from left wing guerilla manuals in historic battles with authorities in Central America.

The only fact here is that the young teen who killed those three girls was a mentally deranged black Christian.

When you have PTI lunatics running around thinking they're above the law just because things didn’t go their way on February 8th, and their leader has cultivated a mindset among supporters that glorifies aggression, situations like this are bound to happen

Why are you wasting your time? It's futile arguing with dishonest people, and more so with Jihadi supporters.

It is certainly futile to argue with dishonest people, especially those who come on Pakistan forums with their proven hindutva lies in an effort to deflect from healthy conversation. You know who you are.

Back in the day most PTI supporters were rich class and their burger kids brother. They used to seem quite harmless and the kind of supporters who would wet their pants at the slghtest show of force by police. Things seem to have changed.

Regardless of who is behind the disorder, who is responsible for law and order in 2025?

This comment makes you look like an idiot when on this very forum you butt your nose in anything related to muslims and Pakistan
and then you say indians are concerned with India lol

Nothing has changed. Pakistan is currently run by criminal and thugs in the form of PDM, who oppressed real democracy.

Ideally you would want a non violent people’s movement to stage a coup and replace the current corrupt and inefficient regime with a well qualified person of repute as the interim chief like maybe Najam Sethi who stabilised PCB through his multiple short reigns in the past and can play a similar role in the national politics like Mohd Younus is doing in Bangladesh.

People have every right to boycott but they must not enforce any boycott through violence.

The national govt and their local electives need to ensure civil behaviour is maintained in the respective regions. It is not enough to blame Immy, Dimmy or Jimmy. Government is not a light responsibility, when you fight to take power, then you have to enforce people uphold law and order. Whether you agree with Pepsi or KFC is immaterial, they are licensed businesses in Pakistan, and they deserve protection from vandals.

During farmers protest 1.0 i had a soft corner for farmers and when my childhood hero Sachin retweeted something that mostly right wing people were tweeting in response to foreigner's support for farmers movement (Rihanna), i was hurt by Sachin's action. As a protest, i discarded my long protected bat from childhood where i wrote Sachin's name with a marker and also unfollowed him from all social media.

I recently followed him back because #1) Apart from that Sachin's been kind and a gentleman #2) In the long run the farmers movement got exposed as Khalistani movement of fraudsters and anti national terrorists

On topic though both Pepsi and KFC are terrible for consumption from a health perspective and should be boycotted from that perspective. However the ones owning KFC franchises or even selling Pepsi in their stores are locals.

some shady maulanas need to be regulated. They create too much nuisance. It’s not hard to gather a mob in subcontinent but these maulanas who run shady madrasas are definitely an issue who facilitate this ruckus.

Its the bat I'm more concerned about?
Did you manage to get it back or was it thrown out?

It was a cheap replica BDM bat bro but there were many emotions associated with it. I just gave it away to kids without a thought in anger and regretted it after a couple of years had passed and farmers had betrayed my trust. Story of my life brother. There are many unhealed wounds in this heart.

I don't see much problem with KFC but Pepsi is just sugar water and pretty bad for health. Maybe the maulanas are just health conscious rather than being haters of Israel.

With all the anti-west rhetoric, I will say these boycotts of KFC and Pepsi atleast shows spine. There is consistency in their stand, whether one agrees with their stand or not. I may not agree with their original stance but will respect their determination in their principles compared to convenient keyboard warriors.

Fried chicken is terrible for health

We all know the goons have vested interests though, this isn't some random act of hooliganism. There is a design to usurp the current elected government by any means necessary. I wonder who that benefits...

Request to all to not bring India in this.

This is a Pakistan issue, and by discussing india the thread will get derailed and be filled with 70 responses of nonsense
No matter what country and even if you didn't mention the country name - this is totally unacceptable. Also unfair to the owner. The thing is these local outlets are franchised and not corporate owned. So the owner or franchisee is actually a local Pak citizen who just franchises the location and pays monthly fees to the parent corporate. Its totally locally owned and manged. Even in the US , the parent company say KFC doesnt own any stored directly. They just franchise it and each KFC store is individually owned and operated and they pay ongoing fees to the franchisor.

So in this case they are hurting the local owner who paid for the store with his or her hard earned money. They are not causing any hurt to the parent company. Some of the local franchisees have their life investments put into the stores to get one. Hope these idiots realize what they are doing.

It's a shame that a party's supporters are holding the country at ransom like this. It's sickening.

You lie for a living. The election were rigged and even the governor of Punjab said so. This was the guy that you denied was the governor of Punjab.🤣🤣🤣

Aap ki kasam

You never proved the Governor thing tbh, you kept sending some random youtube link that we could not even verify was legit. You also never proved the annual remittances but it's fine bro.

What has this got to do with Pepsi KFC and the agressive mindset mental khan has instilled in youth?

Causing property damage and risking the lives of the innocent people just working their jobs at these places, who are Pakistanis and Muslims themselves, is so dumb of these thugs.

Boycott is fine. But no need for physical damage and abuse, that too toward your own brethren.

Once again, some Pakistanis getting carried away with emotion and zeal instead of being level headed.

If you want to be hands on, directing it toward your own people is not the way, they’re misdirecting their rage towards those that don’t deserve it… being ghar kay sher…

Whatever is happening in the country is a culmination of lack of education, surpressing merit, brain drain, economy under stress and security issues at peak. I can literally talk about any of these points and how these points have bought us to where we are today.

People claiming here PTI is behind this are literally either lost (rare chance) or beneficiary of current setup. When a core commander's house was ransacked in Lahore, 2 days after the looting there were 10,000 people in jail. Let's see if Punjab police shows same level of enthusiasm in this case.

Bro, you are getting personal again. Please calm down and drink some water. You never proved it. I don't know who was in the video to this day, and even the other BMW video you posted turned out to be fake.
I can't not get personal with people that lie for a living. You knew the truth about the governor of Punjab but you still denied it was him. Tell me how i should treat you guys

The OP says Pakistan has hit rock bottom, but let’s not kid ourselves. We’re not there yet. When there's no rule of law, when the so-called educated elite cheer for the corrupt like it’s a cricket match, and when brain drain becomes a survival strategy, you’re still in freefall, not at the bottom.

Rock bottom will come when the people who’ve been crushed under this system finally decide to return the favor to the ones sitting comfortably at the top. And at the rate we’re going, that day isn’t just coming, it’s practically RSVPed.

Your 80% is yet to get imran khan out of jail

Reality is there is no 80% its just conspiracy theories by the looser party

Shameful post. We know exactly what you mean by this boy. @emranabbas this is one of the few I spoke about on PP. Brags about his big audience sitting in the comforts of first world countries and claims they "fund first world countries"..the sheer evil and arrogance....

A BA graduate couldn’t find a job in Pakistan, so he bought a van to deliver water, trying to earn with dignity. Four rich kids in a Civic beat him for no reason. He didn’t fight back. He bled in silence. He went to the police. They looked the other way.

This isn’t just one story, it’s the story of thousands in Pakistan. Educated. Struggling. Silenced.

And while Mufti Emran Abbas spends his time calling the oppressed “kafir” for daring to question the elite, maybe it’s time the majority started calling out the real minority, the untouchable elite who live above the law and beyond consequences.

There is no rule of law. Not when justice bends only for the powerful, and you defend that system? Then you’re part of the problem, not the solution.

Me shameful? no, but you are certainly acting like one.

I think it's time for you to retire now that you have hit the legendary 65,000 post mark. Pass the trolling torch to young and energetic @Rajdee. He has got the stamina to carry it forward. Your feelings also seem to get hurt a bit too easily these days, and you quietly slip out of threads afterward. I remember you got hurt by a post from @DeadlyVenom and ran away from the thread. Maybe age is catching up? :rabada2

I would love to see you meditating like Modi instead. Find a nice cave, install the camera and do a live streaming of your meditation. I promise, I will watch it because it will be more entertaining than all seasons of IPL combined. :inti

Pakistan is a quasi-military state. The one thing they should be able to do is provide security for businesses and crack down on disorder regardless of who it benefits.

How do you know that the police officer wasn't a PTI supporter?

It's hardly any wonder that vandals are free to intimidate legitimate businesses, the govt doesn't have to lift a finger in maintaining law and order if they are anything like their supporters on here. Just sing the Immy Dimmy Jimmy song and sit back on a deck chair and have a cool glass of pepsi.

How do you know that the police officer wasn't a PTI supporter?
The police officer looked like a political mashup, built like Nawaz Sharif after a buffet, height of Shehbaz Sharif’s patience, and a face so frozen with Botox he could’ve passed for Maryam’s reflection in a compact mirror.

Update : KFC outlets being closed in cities include Hyderabad , Karachi (some outlet) Swat

He also had neo nazi literature on him which these Islamophobes forget

Sheikhupura (Punjab): An unidentified individual entered a KFC outlet and opened fire on an employee working in the kitchen. The deceased has been identified as 45-year-old Asif Nawaz
