Pakistan limited overs batting - mostly not international standard?

Everyday we hear new names & how talented they are..players giving interviews about how great they are and will perform. Apart from one or two guys, it seems strike rotation is a massive massive problem at all levels. Then there are fans that hype up nobodies based on scorecards & apparent eye for spotting talent.

The reality is that most of these guys are average. What is the solution?

Strike rotation is a bit of an issue but Babar has been pretty good at it, if Shehzad stays in and plays 30 or so balls his eye improves and he can rotate well too, as do Sarfraz and Malik. Actually that's 4 out of a possible 6 or 7 batsmen who rotate quite well. So scratch that, not much of an issue.

The bigger problem is boundary hitting. Kamran get do a bit but he isn't a BIG hitter the likes of which England, the Windies and Australia have.

First the PCB needs to be run by a non-government entity. People that know their cricket. But I don't ever see that happening.

PCB themselves have to blame for that. They keep talking about domestic cricket pitch, ball, players etc. but we are still playing on same super flat pitch,same low quality balls and same old TTFs recycling over and over. Inzi is one of the most disappointment by stick with players like Hafeez, Akmal.... Misbah nothing to say, just think for his own personal interest and supporting his buddies instead of introduce and develop new players. Both SK and Sethi after money and our so-called formers like to criticize team in front of media but have nothing to offer.
Total mess!!!!! You can't prosper with these people around you.

Agree!!!!! But I would prefer Sethi/SK over S. Nawaz, Mohsin Khan, Miandad, R Latif ... These players had role in PCB but did absolute nothing
