Good news for Pakistani football fans as Pakistan is set to host the south Asian football federation cup in 2020. Will be looking forwards to that indeed. Pakistan will also be hosting the u15 Saff championship in 2019 and will be hosting the u19 girls Saff championship as well in 2021. More good news is that Pakistan has hired Brazilian coach Jose Antonio Nogueira

One coach cannot do much.... the same guy has been the head of the PFF since Mush's era, has anyone asked why? Has anyone asked what has he done in his 15+ years as chief? Has anyone asked why is Pakistan's football performance sinking each year when there was a time when we were consistently competing against better teams. Now even small islands beat us.

True one coach cannot to much but it's a start we haven't played a match in two years thanks to the suspension and eveyone knows the president of Pakistan football federation is corrupt and people do speak up but what can be done. We as the fans gotta look at the positive and support the men that wear the green shirt it will take a lot of time but Pakistan does have talented football players and inchAllah we will be able to compete again

I think Nogueira is Portuguese not Brazilian. He's played at the top level for the Portugal national team so seems a good signing for Pakistan. A coach can make a lot of difference, mostly he will get the players fit and teach them positioning/organistion on the field which such teams lack. He will also have an eye for talent.

Football is a massive sport, Pakistan must invest in and esp ensure all schools play football as part of their physical education.

I read he was Brazilian but weather he is from Brazil or Portugal I don't care lol the most important thing is he has coaching experience he had coached Sierra Leone ...St Kitts and Guinea-Bissau and clubs in South America and Middle East so their is experience indeed

Reports are coming in that Pakistan will no longer host the Saff cup next year rather it will be Bangladesh again to host it
