Pakistan should play their home series in favourable venue like UAE or South Africa?

Pakistan were chasing the game in both tests and despite having a weak bowling attack ,vis a vis OZ/ENG , NZ have dominated Pakistan on these dead pitches.

New Zealand took 37 PAK wickets at a shade under 40 whereas Pakistan only managed to 25 NZ wickets at a shade under 56! That is quite a difference.

If Pakistan are getting bullied by a NZ attack sans Boult/Jamieson, then it is time to question whether there really is any home advantage at all while playing in Pakistan.

PAK have got hammered at home since 1995. The only team with a worse W/L record at home against top sides is West Indies.

The surfaces in South Africa have more bounce, pace and seam movement. PAK's fast bowlers are too talented to be wasted on these dead pitches and they deserve some help from the surfaces . The bounce would help spinners too.

PAK's Achilles geel while batting - bounce would be sorted out as well and away tours to SENA countries should become easier.

All in all , Pakistan only have to gain by shifting their Test base to a place like SA(cheaper to rent grounds than UAE) and the team should be able to avail their best strength - pace resources to win Test matches.

What do Ppers think?

We have been terrible since 2017. It's simple. Need a new captain otherwise will be 3 innings losses in Australia guaranteed.

Pak should prepare sporting wickets at home. Playing in SA as home ground will be detrimental to their already struggling batting lineup.

I agree, 100%.

Our pitches are tailor made for batsmen piling up runs endlessly, and we have very little flair in batting.
Our pace bowling is where our potential lies. Better help them rather than grinding them into dust.

And Australia should play in place like India
And South Africa should play in place like Pakistan

Pakistan were playing in UAE as home and it takes time for them to adjust playing in their actual home. Also Pakistan is no more a strong team (they are a lower ranked team now only ahead of Bangladesh, Srilanka, WI & Afghanistan and below Top5 teams). In fact this is (not playing at home) is one of the reasons why they went down the ranking in the first place! Playing at home (proper/actual home) helps building a team, players gaining confidence and more importantly improve the financial strength. Even Bangladesh are some kind of force in tests (and Sri Lanka in past) due to this (home advantage). So don't want to throw away this advantage after getting it back. Pakistan will only improve from here on! And a home series with India (if it happens) will boost it further...

If you don't have the brains to think on your feet you can't win anywhere.

South Africa won't suit Pakistan at all. It will be a nightmare for Pakistani batsmen.
