Pakistan Super League time management

This has always been an issue for PSL management. They can never keep to the stated times. They really need to appoint "time managers" to push things along and make decisions in the immediate moment to keep things on time. It was ridiculous that the opening ceremony went that far overtime and the match went past midnight and well into the night. Fans cannot be expected to fill stands that late.

Aside from the opening match, I don't remember the 33 other matches starting late in a season.
