According to reports:
Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is struggling to sell broadcast rights for the upcoming three-match T20I series against Pakistan due to economic challenges and a lack of interest from local TV channels.
The proposed price of 4 crore taka is considered too high to recover through revenue, especially after similar issues during the Zimbabwe series. With no bids received by the July 4 deadline, BCB has reissued a tender with relaxed terms but is still awaiting a response. The uncertainty around future tours, including India’s postponed visit, has further dampened broadcaster interest.
