More than run a ball - aslong as these 2 are there til the last over or two we should be okay

Boycs laying into Malik and rightly so. Its time to get a move on and not to play for your not out.
Are you watching the same match as the rest of us? Malik has gotten us home couple of times in very tight situation.

now third umpire for catch against Tanvir - NOT OUT - Aussies being silly here

Question to ask is why cant Pak batsmen bat under pressure? Why do key top-middle order batsmen get scared to make runs?

Is it just of basic lack of belief in themselves that they can win games, or lack of experience playing under pressure situations, perhaps because they think failure = immediate chop?

Not out three times in the over. Very very tense. Plenty of pressure being applied on the umpire as Waqar Younis has pointed out.

Malike is waiting for the powerplay

This is the only prime reason I don't prefer Pakistan chasing due to heart attacks they give.

So the batting powerplay will be in the last 5 overs.

Pak have lost 7 wickets for 69 runs - shameful really

Aussies should be fined for excessive appealing... pathetic stuff

I think the Pakistani's have forgotten that THEY have the option to call for the powerplay...

I plan to give up Pakistan cricket after 40. First time a fan may actually retire from watching a sport for health reasons! :P

Yes Pakistan did forget to take the powerplay... but the umpires were nice enough to do it for us

Phew - this game is getting mighty intense...!

Fair enough. Apologies mate. Atleast I didn't get personal.

Not couple of times, just once against Sri Lanka recently in Canada. Even then Fawad Alam had to break the shackles with a couple of sixes first up.

Malik typically plays these innings where he plays for his not outs and for once I'd like him to dig us out of this hole.

saj extremely classy last couple of posts. raise a roohafza today on your contributions. direct attacks are definitely recommended

True, lets hope he finishes it.

I mean this should be easy. Powerplay.

30 off 26 balls.
