I think Misbah should have been employing a few close catchers when Yasir came on, just to apply some pressure and put doubt in the batsmen's mind early on. Probably too late now, but England's captaincy has been far more proactive when they are bowling.

The improvement in Chef's tactical skills has been astonishing. I think he once relied on Swann at second slip to make field-placing decisions, and got caught out after Swann retired, but now he is doing well by himself.
