Two late hitters working together doesn't usually work late in the stage when the pressure is on. You need one person at the other end to take the singles and rotate the strike. We don't have a partnership like hussey and Cameron white unfortunately. we have to make do.

Look, Fawad needs to realize that the RRR is inching towards 9. Razzaq has just come in and Fawad has been batting forever. The logical thing to do would be try take singles - at least - and hope the other guy smacks the rest of the runs.

Fawad has far too many dots in this innings and that is definitely what his team needs at this moment.
