Overwhelming majority of the fans are casual fans and they by and large don't care about FC stats lol. Kumra doesn't have a hype machine behind him that actively lie about player's age to create a wow factor to attract more eyeballs among other things.

Kumara probably is faster, have seen him bowling express level pace on a few occasions. But they are two different type of bowlers. Naseem doesn't rely on his pace alone that much, he is more in the mould of a classic Test pacer who relies on lateral movement.

As you're probably aware, comment was about the top speed as average speed may include slower balls and whatnot. 147 is express but exceeding it by 5 kph is smashing it out of the water.
