Remarkably they look quite fit and full of running.... what a difference no nonsense attitude to fitness makes.

Even Sarfraz and Imad seem like they have shed a few kilos.

Well done Mickey.

Imad doesnt look fit tbh

Hes carrying quite a few pounds. Needs to get leaner

Some of these guys (Sohail, Hassan, Sarfraz, Babar) are looking fitter than ever

They are fitter than before that's for sure. Especially Babar and Sohail.

You can clearly tell everyone has been working hard on their fitness during the time there was no Cricket being played. The only person who looks unfit and overweight is Imad Wasim.

No nonsense coach is Mickey and he won't take any nonsense from any of the players.

Not afraid to tell any player that he is not fit enough so go home.

There was a worry the players would go away in the break and put on weight, but Mickey put paid to that idea!

Arthur is implementing a stric attitude towards fitness which the players seem to be responding too.

But why he doesn't throw Shahzad out of the team?

Waquar tried his best as well, but he wasn't technically competent or learned enough to transform his great will into action. Result was even worse - gap created between him & players who were scared of him & players took fitness drills as a burden, imposed on them.

also, we'll have to be fair with Waquar - his fitness regime demanded younger players, he was given a team officially 32+ average aged. Now, Arthur has started from the right lane - first has trimmed the average age of the side significantly (It'll go down further once MoHa, Wahab & Malik are shown the door), next he is making "old habit" live hard - in a years' time, if Arthur is still there, few players'll take self retirement, so that they can remain in one piece for PLs & SLs - Umar Akmal is just the start.

Rumaan Raees, Sohail Khan and have improved a lot in the last few months. Very impressed with both of them. Sarfaraz will probably stay how he is. He's always been like this. Imad is who I'm disappointed in. He is a British born and educated cricketer so I was expecting him to take fitness more seriously.

Might be the fittest team to ever step on the field for PAK.

BUT Sarfraz and Imad have work to do.

ahmed shehzad attitude change?

am not big fan of ahmed.but font know why this time am feeling his attitude is quite professional.he looks lean and thinking about cricket not just show piece like akmal brothers.
he looking alot fitter means in last three month off he works hard . ..its early to say but am feeling like this.again am mentioning am not fan of ahmed.
what you have view about this?

Yep his batting has gone next level as well

Yesterday he held the innings together and inspired a Babar to play a top innings

Was a bit of a Kallis and Ponting hybrid

His attitude has improved but needs to score runs. He has been a failure since he returned versus West Indies.

as sportsman i know if you gind your self edge of team selection and then you show your hardwork that shows you have patience for sport.
not like many old cricketer like akmal brothers and khuram shehzad always make noises and lame excuses.
i hate him before but now am feeling change...hope for long run ....

If his attitude is in the right direction, perhaps he will at last be the player we have been hoping for in the last few years.

His fielding has always been pretty good, but he still has so much to do with strike rotation and footwork. Here's hoping he does something with the chance he's been given because he's wasted them all so far.
