Nowdays its a must to have atleast one good fast bowling allrounder in your team Test or LOI. Unfortunately Pakistan has not found a proper fast bowling allrounder after Azhar/Razzaq.

For instance England has now Ben Stokes, India: Hardik Pandiya, NZ: Anderson ect.

What are the options atm in the domestic arena?

I could only come up with the following:
Fahim Ashraf (Too raw and needs to be given more chances)
Amin Yameen (I think he needs more chances too)
Anwar Ali (not a good batter)
Hammad Azam (not a good bowler)
Ammad Butt
add yours.:razzaq

Lets consider strengths and weaknesses of the available options before choosing one;
Hammad Azam: Decent batsman but a pathetic bowler.Considering the available pool of talent,it is highly unlikely that he will be chosen ahead of others.
Aamir Yamin:A very good batsman with decent hitting abilities. But his bowling is not good enough. He bowls at low speed and with his short height,he is unlikely to trouble the batsmen. But he is good with new ball and can bowl quality spell of 4/5 overs. He must be chosen for ODIs only.
Husssain Talat: Excellent batsman. Many consider him as an all-rounder but I think he is a specialist batsman who can play in all the three formats
Ammad Butt:Quality bowler with decent speed and height. But is not good with bat.Needs considerable improvement with bat before being chosen for national team.
Faheem Ashraf: Excellent batsman with good defence and power hitting abilities.Bowls with good speed. But his bowling needs a little improvement which can be done with the help of Azhar Mahmood. He can also seam the bowl.A very good option for test and ODIs.
Conclusion:Amir Yamin for ODIs and Faheem Ashraf for both test and one day matches.

Another option is Nasir Nawaz.I saw him live in the last Pakistan Cup where he represented Punjab. He is quite young and too raw at the moment.
And regarding Anwar Ali, he is neither a good bowler nor a good batsman. So not even an option.

When he first came in to the picture he used to be a very good swing bowler. its unfortunate that he's not the same anymore.

I do think he has decent hitting ability (remember that t20 v SL) but he has just not done justice to his talent.

Amir Yamin, Talat or Fahim are our best. Mohammad Amir might also be an option if he improves his batting.
