Ten years from now we will see some of these names in national colors, some may even go on to make a huge name for themselves. Good luck and God-speed.

I hope the PCB brings up our future generation better than it has done with the last few ones.

Although nepotism is rampant esp at this level, I hope it's the least in this bunch.

Both Ruhail Nazir Mehran Mumtaz and Muhammad taha are involved in the U16 series against Aus atm. The chances are that they are 18 or 19 and are playing under 16.

Only issue is, if they are genuine 16 or not - at this age, you can't measure talent.

If these are genuine U16 kids with cricket passion, even if half of those are hand picked from reference will work. If 1/2 boys from such 30 represents PAK every time, more than enough. Might be hard done for few deserving kids, who'll miss out; but that's always the case, almost everywhere.

If these are genuine U16, & genuinely picked - still I can say most of those even won't make it to FC level - it doesn't work like that. But, what works is, these kids will come to know what they need to do go far - most of them will go for a safer route, that's study or job, making cricket secondary; may be 3/4 will stick seriously to cricket - if those 3/4 are 18+, won't go further, because they are measured with a U16 filter in a 18 years old body, in an age group, when your learning curve is exponential by every year (29 vs 38 doesn't matter; but even 16 vs 17 in lot, lot, lot bigger gap).

If there are few genuine U16 kids with right attitude, physique & passion, may be this time making it from recommendation, still can go long, long way.
