I don’t have a photo I was watching live, couple of overs before it ended where they showed footage of the team sitting down and mentioned how they looked calm not too worried about run rate, I saw him sitting in front of Babar. Maybe he left right at the end.

I think there's more positives than negatives.
As long as he's in charge of the coaches and support staff then we know things will be a bit more professionally run.
Regarding tracking our players progress, there is a limitation to how much one can do overseas in terms of the nitty gritty's. Day to day physical interaction cannot be underestimated in terms of understanding players immediate needs / problems while whether it be physical or mental.
All in all, the main thing is that the players respect him and I can imagine him being a good guide with regards to defining the future direction of the team / setting of goals.

The funny thing is Grant Bradburn I imagine is doing most of the work being the head coach and actually there in person. Whilst Mickey will get credit for it lol. Still think it’s ridiculous. I have no problem with only having Grant Bradburn there.

Mickey Arthur, who previously coached Pakistan online will oversee the Riders’ 2025 GSL title defence remotely, team director Shanian Taneem confirmed. Arthur is currently coaching Derbyshire in the English County Championship and is therefore unavailable to be with the team in person.

This is unfair.
He hasn't conned anyone. The boards or authorities that give him contracts know what they are getting.
Mickey won this tournament last time, the ownership at RR trust him and have given this arrangemen the thumbs up, so it is anything but a con.
In a few years he will probably be seen as a visionary as this type of arrangement will become more common given the number of leagues that overlap.
