yeah, i didn't mean to be harsh to him. i'm sure he'll learn and improve. he must still have the selection/dropping on his mind today...may have been harder for him to concentrate.
After watching all of irfan's ten overs, i see nothing special in him. His bowling is too short, no yorkers and importantly no variations. he needs to work with a bowling coach. seems an average player to me i.e another Abdur rauf/ rao iftikhar
bowls a good yorker is pretty accurate with the new ball and gets bounce even on a dead pitch like we saw in this game the only concern is he does not move the ball both in the air or off the pitch again maybe it was due to the state of the pitch.
Your post indicated because Irfan is a nobody the batsman should not show any respect. Please enlighten me as to the distinction between playing the ball on merit and giving respect to the bowler.
Whether they are two completely different things is questionable, so I invite you to elaborate.
