Should play Brandon King ahead of Talat probably.
Shadab needs to stop abusing his captaincy power and go back to batting at no.6 or no.7. He is nowhere good or consistent enough to merit a top 4 spot.

IU need to bring in king & Fawad,

PZ need to bring back Haider in place of imam, (if they got wrist spinner than better to play him instead of khalid)

The have Abrar Ahmed who took a 3fer in his first match but then went for plenty in the second and was dropped.

That imam ul haq has to be kicked out for good.Haider should play or maybe they can try Jonathan wells

A good Wrist spinner is an asset, He need backing, If he didn't click than maybe Malik can share his overs, But if he click than can take wickets, Like Imran Tahir did for MS

Don't think they will risk abrar in a knock out game.

I really hope IU win as I would like to see multan and IU final two young Pakistani captains who have a good relationship with thier players.

Peshawar Zalmi win the toss and elect to bowl first in Eliminator 2 against Islamabad United - the winner of this game will advance to the final where they will meet Multan Sultans

I don't see how that's given out.

The only indication that it touched his shoe was his reaction, nothing else. Nothing on the cameras. I'm not saying that he didn't touch the ball, but the evidence doesn't show it did either

It was a strange one. The third umpire said that the on-field umpire informed him that it did touch Malik's shoe, so I suppose he just took his word for it. The reaction of Malik and also Khawaja, who started walking off, suggests he touched it too, but I thought the protocol was to gain conclusive evidence from replays.

The right decision I'm guessing, but a weird way of getting there.

Just need the wicket of Munro and Islamabad's batting doesn't seem so strong anymore.

Buzurg trundler getting the phainty.I would have played sameen Gul instead of this garbage

Munro tonking Iron Man all around the park. Tony wouldn't approve.

Must be a record coming soon for PSL 6 in dropped catches per overs bowled.

Aleem Dar not liking Mohammad Irfan bowling 4 overs and then immediately after that going out of the ground and haider replacing it.

Why is that such an issue? Haider isn't going to bowl. Irfan got injured while fielding, he doesn't really get to choose if it's before or after his bowling stint. Strange from Aleem.

Yeah but they proberly wanted haider so they can bat ?

This is ridiculous.

First the decision with Khawaja and now the manner in which they’re dealing with The Irfan issue. What’s wrong with bringing on Haider for Irfan? Has this not happened before?

Way to take away from the game

Edit: PZ is fielding with 10 fielders 🤦🏽*♂️

I thought you can only replace a player in the starting XI for concussion? If a bowler gets injured you'd just bat with 10 players.

Peshawar now fielding with 10 players and only 3 in the ring, which is supposed to be illegal.

Yes it was odd. Aleem’s view point was that they just wanted to replace Irfan after his 4 overs with Haider as Haider obviously is a better fielder but, then again its difficult to decide upon someone’s injury/fitness issues.

I understand to an extent, but it gets a bit silly once you start judging injuries and like-for-like sub fielders. Still, Zalmi dominating with 1 less fielder.

IU struggling big time. Today is the day where their batting depth has to come into play for them

You can not replace a player with injury during a match unless its concussion and even in concussion it can only be a like-for-like replacement. Joke

Anytime Asif Ali performs in a match, it's bad news for Pakistan. Horrible hack of a player. Glad that his 70 odd did not come in the last match of the PSL and now hopefully the selectors see that it was once in a 100 innings type innings.

Nobody was being replaced. Haider was a “substitute fielder” not a replacement. Aleem’s view was that they intentionally wanted Irfan to go out after his four overs and Haider to come in as a substitute in the field.

IU were leading the table and looked favorites to win the title and here they are , on the verge of being disqualified.

If it was a substitute fielder then what's wrong with Aleem?

He was questioning the legitimacy of the injury. Irfan is a liability in the field, so him going off injured after bowling 4 overs for a far more able substitute fielder raised his eyebrows.

Thats some hitting from Hassan. One of the better ball strikers in Pak and during his back injury seems to have worked on his batting as well which has been pretty visible since his comeback.

Umaid Asif is that nice pace where batsmen can get hold of him.

Lovely hitting by Hassan Ali.

Batting depth coming into play. Makes a big difference in pressure matches and situations.

Lol! Hassan wiping his bat like its a sword on his sleeve
