Yeah, but there was a big outrage on social media because most perceived it to be pro-India, including opposition politicians who naturally need to score some points here and there.

According to people on Twitter, the guy who put up the banner was the youth-president of PMLN Gujranwala. Premature celebrations from PMLN who blamed IK for the banner yesterday.
