Both Iftikhar and Bracewell in a side looks a bit redundant to me. What about that Khalid Usman guy? Can he slog a few?

Both can bowl, both can bat. Why fix something that ain't broken? Bracewell scored 83 when they last played here. Iftikhar has bowled well against left-handers this season

I get what you mean but I don't see anyone in their squad who can fit in for such a role. Khalid Usman is a domestic guy well past his prime (whatever that was). I'm surprised they even have him in the squad because I remember last seeing him in like the second season of PSL.

I think sometimes its best not to overthink and stick to a proven formula. Especially when it has brought you so much success.

They did had such spinner but did not retain him i think. Arif yaqoob was his name, he was from karachi. A very decent leggie that bowled the the flight.

Ali raza messed up one game and they have benched him.

Abit harsh. Yeh he goes for runs but gets you wickets. Should be their in place of khurram

Unlike India, Pakistan is one of the worst market for spinners as we dont know how to analyze spinners. We see spinners as slow bowlers that who dont end up taking 4vers of 5vers gets dropped.

I actually hope he was injured, because that would make sense why he didnt get picked. If he had no injury and was still ignore than this is sad. He last played a domestic game last year and that too in PSL.

He’s a good player but I don’t think he will play
