He is clearly on the phone but I can't confirm if coaches are allowed to use mobile phones will a match is in progress.

I can't tell properly what he is doing but what we know for sure is that Moin has always been a dodgy guy, he reminds me of those ads that keep asking my bank details

His posture shows he's on the phone, seem innocent enough but I know Moin has a past. I would ask the guy next to him in the suit, looks as if he's listening in and not with too many happy thoughts.

Mohammad Amir was charged - and probably wrongfully cleared - with the same offence two months before he was caught spotfixing.

If Moin Khan used a mobile phone in the PMOA area it should be an automatic five year ban from cricket. Hopefully it's nothing.

Unless, it's banned to use mobile during PSL matches, I don't think it's an issue.
Also, what we obviously thinking, if that's true, then at least 5/6 people comes under scrutiny including PAK's LO Captain, self proclaimed best all rounder & the most suspicious one - a non Pakistani, who didn't even tried for 2nd run. In fact, it all started with the most hilarious LBW of all, so the umpire also should be in that mix.
Moin may be a shady character, but there is no point trying to catch him now, rather PCB shouldn't have involved him PSL as such then.

You cannot talk on the phone when a match is going on, the ACSU rules are very clear. No phones are allowed in dressing room or dug outs
But the pic is wrong, there is no phone in Moin's hand, he just has his head in his hands

Even if he is on the phone, what's so wrong about that?!
It is absolutely banned for any person in the Players and Managers Area to have or use a mobile phone - and at international level it carries a minimum 5 year ban from all cricket.
Any player or manager can say that he was ringing his wife. But he could be tipping off bookies about what is about to happen.

the gap between his thumb and index finger which is giving the illusion of a phone is the yellow from the uniform of tge player sitting besides him.... creating the illlusion of a phone as he is got his hand on his face... look closely... look at the hands gap to his face... consider the player's uniform.... and voila....
