Popular TV show host weds charismatic politician belonging to a major Pakistani political party. Most of us have heard of this headline by now. Madiha Naqvi tied the knot with Faisal Sabzwari of Muhttahid Quami Movement (MQM) in a low-key wedding ceremony, and they both looked perfect.

Apparently, various reports suggest that the two got married some time ago. News of the couple tying the knot has been officially revealed now.

Madiha’s career is interesting, having worked at Pakistani TV channels such as Dunya News, Geo News, Geo Tez, Geo Kahani, Samaa, Bol TV, ARY News to name a few.

She current hosts a morning show Bakhabar Savera with Shafaat Ali on ARY News. She made her debut with City 42 as a newscaster.

Faisal Sabzwari is considered one of the most popular politicians in Karachi. He has made a name for himself by representing MQM on media and for his efforts to solve the metropolis’ myriad issues.

Faisal Sabzwari is currently the opposition leader in Sindh Assembly.

Both Madiha and Faisal have been married once before.

In 2013, Madiha Naqvi filed for divorce from Syed Ali. Faisal divorced his first wife Amber some time ago.
