the meme wars prove the two nation theory more than anything, Pakistanis are humorous people, Indians have zero humour, nothing more than ma behn ki galiyan. its staggering how different both groups of people have become.

my theory is Pakistani humour is forged in the trials of just surviving the country, its a coping mechanism, where indian lack of humour stems from the fact their national narrative is a fabricated superiority complex which is sensitive to the slightest ripple of a reality check.
 
One thing clearly evident during this conflict was stark difference in attitude of Indians and Pakistanis. Punjabis on both side are much more calmer, composed and see the funny side of all this bravado and hyper nationalism. All I heard from rest of India was screeching, putting Pakistani flag on the road, injecting hatred into little kids. Pakistani kid jay walking next to missile launch will forever be etched in my mind, what a cool thing to be captured on camera.

Anyone who makes fun of Modi is now an Islamist? Whole staff was laughing along with so called Islamist. Room was bursting with laughter other than guy who was filming and like a coward couldn't go one on one instead called goons to gang up on one guy.

What happened to freedom of speech in worlds biggest democracy?

He was using derogatory words. Forget Modi, in a country like ours it’s very common to get into physical altercations on the basis of using abusive language only. So why are you surprised.
