Almost all teams have figured him out apart from a few innings except Rohit sharma. But you have to have proper field set on the off side. Rohit completely opens that cordon.

That's a horrible strategy lol, it'll only work with the new ball.

Travis is literally the best offside player in the world. You gotta bowl legside to him since once he's onsong he usually struggles with the pull shot.

99% of his dismissals are pull shot dismissals once he is set.

When Travis head is new, yes the middle offstump line bothers him but so does every delivery.

Travis Head's issue is that he either gets out quickly or game over for the opposition unless Bumrah does something
 
Travis Head is my favourite Australian batsman, before it was Clarke and Hayden. That world cup knock was too good, I thought India was going to win. One of the top knocks in a world cup final where home team had the upper hand.
 
He is currently the most run-getter of the series

Head has failed completely in the 4th test. Bumrah got the better of him in both innings.

There is no easier encounter than this. First 10 overs Injured shami and part time pandya to negotiate. He can have field day.
 
Head is an exciting batsman and fun to watch in full flow - it’s not fun when you’re at the receiving end but you got to appreciate great innings regardless of the nationality of a player. That said, good for him that he’s maximizing his output while he can because he is a hand-eye coordination dependent batsman and at one point that strength will diminish, it has happened to the best of them. But fun to watch till it lasts from a cricket fan’s point of view.

Theirs just no inbetween with this guy. It's either game over or he gets out early.

I think the only time he dominated an opposition but aus didn't win was wc 2024 and even then It required bumrah to get rid of him.

Dude's a machine when he's onsong. Fakhar zaman gave you vibes of domination but Travis just gives you vibes of being helpless. What can you even do.

Steven Smith in tests and mcgrath overall made you suffer a slow painful death, but Travis just shoots you in the head and calls it a day

Arshdeep singh cleaned him up first over in the IPL. THen later in final Starc cleaned him up exactly the same way. There is no business for him to score so many runs with so many weaknesses. Rohit sharma with his inept captaincy turned him into a monster.

Head cant play against quality spin too. Never succeeded against kuldeep or varun in ipl.Even bishnoi got a good record against him.Head needs
Rohit's dumb captaincy more than anything else.
 
SO India has to face Head again in the Knockout game... The way travis has owned India, he will be the key player for rohit and co to get his wicket as soon as possible.
 
We have a depleted bowling lineup this time and the thing about players like Navjot Sidhu and Head is that they know how to take advantage of such situation, I would like India to bring a spinner early on coz unlike Sidhu, Travis Head is not great against spin.

5 of them are missing in this. Shami playing more harmful to India than helpful. If India sits him out that will be one on one with INdia's bench strength pace vs Australian bench strength pace.

What? He's literally the best player of any attack in the world if he's in song. You either get him out early or he ends you. Ain't no spinner changing that fortune.

Yes he is a tulla who was lucky on World Cup final .

Indian spinners will exposed him Tomorrow.

During the Australia tour of india , head was in form batsman yet australia dropped him from the playing eleven because he is garbage against spinners

Head took Kuldeep to cleaners during 2023 WC final.

 
I will like varun opening bowling against head.let him bowl 3 or 4 overs .Kuldeep also can be the attacking option in middle overs.i hope rohit brain works properly or have loads of luck .
 
Head destroying india once again. Semi Final of CT2025 and India has to face the wrath of Head once again...
 
Luck is also important in sports. Head is always lucky while playing against India. He got two reprieves today and smashed a couple of boundaries after that.
Even in the WC final, he was beaten by Bumrah and Shami many times, coming very close, but he still ended up thrashing us.

As I said, unlike Sidhu, Travis Head struggles against spin, that's why he averages under 30 in Asia in Test cricket.

He is a good player and could have changed the game if the pitch didn't offer any spin.

Told you guy's he is a Tullebaaz who was riding on the luck in 2023 world cup final. He would have been out 10th time during that innings but he was so so lucky .

Today he exposed yet again after getting 2-3 chance in Short innings.

He needs luck or some one has to shepherd him against good bowlers .in ipl abhishek does it against all quality spinners like varun, Kuldeep, bishnoi etc
