Process vs Outcome - Which One is More Important?

Many people focus too much on result that they forget to focus on process. They want quick results; they don't care how they get there.

I am someone who cares 50% about process and 50% about outcome. What about you?

You can fluke your way out to achieve a desired result but consistency only happens when there is a good process.
