It's safe to say that after seeing the reserve batsmen in the PSL and the batsmen in the under 19s set up, Pakistan has no batting for the next 10 years!

LQ's biggest weakness is fragility in top order and they hardly can fix that with current squad. May be, still they can bring Mominul to bat at 3 - he is not likely to travel SRL, and there is hardly any other option left in this busy season. If LQ's No. 3 can average 35 with a SR even as low as 100+, they'll blast many teams.
 
Gulraiz looks like a mindless hack too. Is just too bad to even connect.

Shakib is sold for a little bit more than a quarter million though. SLAO spinner, with a bit of batting skills are so many available in IND that, hardly any foreigner will make it in IPL.
 
lahore qalandars remind me of BD in the past.

He is an all rounder, scored 20 odd at SR of almost 200 in the last match and now 2 wickets for 4 runs in 4 overs.

Considering a player like Negi was bought at such a high price it would have been normal for Nawaz if he would have been an Indian

Perhaps, but he's not. Chances are he'd have gone unsold.

Yes he scored some runs last game but his t20 batting stats are still pretty mediocre.
 
I guess Umair Masood would have been better than Gulraiz for this Qalandar’s lineup

And so were Negi’s, indian all rounders earn the highest among the non capped Indian players atleast for the season when they are hyped.

He played good innings or two in NZ as well

Realistic values of Pakistani players:

Fakhar Zaman: $300k

Hassan Ali: $500k

Shoaib Malik: $250k

Umar Akmal: $150k

M Amir: $750k

Kamran Akmal : $60k

Shadab Khan: $850k

M Hafeez: $100k

Faheem Ashraf: $80k (not enough exposure to be considered a huge investment but will go for a massive bargain)

When MMHS talk something, forget about the flag attached with the name. Momin doesn't make BD T20 squad, so you don't need to tell me about his stats. What LQ has done for 2 days is blown an excellent start - yesterday 92/1 after 10 and today like 60/2 in 5, because they don't have anyone to anchor. And, in this busy season you won't get any better player than Momin to bat at 3. Today, this guy Nawaz with his dart running through LQ's line upfor 4 runs in 3.3 overs, yesterday Tahir won MoM - and this kid Momin will teach entire PAK national line up how to bat against spin.

Read again, and you can laugh at the joke.
 
Gulraiz had the right idea to not lose his wicket as he needed to stay there and they already had runs on the board he still needed to go about run a ball

Don't need to read again. It's a joke. We can find many much more suitable anchors in T20 cricket.
 
If only LQ can get Rohail Nazir on loan from IU or draft in Umair Masood
