I do rate him, but hardly matters. What matters is weather Ul Haq rates him or not.

Because PAK batsmen are not playing FC games on wickets where spinners need to flight & turn, hence their judgement of spin in flight is poor, foot work is horrible. If you notice, it's not the faster spinner that's troubling them, rather flighted slower one is doing the job. There are thousands of left-arm spinners taking wickets in QeA, but still it's the SLAO spinners are troubling PAK most - none more than Herath.

This one actually is PCB's own special creation - Zaheer, Javed, Mushtaq, Salim Malik, Saeed, Asif ..... were best spin players by some margin and that one they didn't learn from Counties. This generation basically plays 4 innings of in between T20 & List A, in the name of First Class cricket, on absolute disgrace called wicket.

Yeah, same reason we are producing so many darters.
