That's what usually happens in most awards AFAIK
For example if in football a young player wins player of the year it is rare they win young player of the year. The player of the year award supersedes the younger one.

The purpose of the awards is to highlight the best performances, not count how many awards a certain player won. Naeem was one of the breakthrough stars of the tournament and there's nothing wrong with giving him some spotlight.

Sahibzada Farhan to me. Understanding local conditions as well domestic season under his belt proved he should been bought in the initial draft for tournament.

A domestic season veteran at this point proving the best place to learn and improve is still domestic cricket and not T20 leagues.
