Can't get the idea why are you even comparing PTI with PPP performance in Rawalpindi?

PTI already got 2 sitting MNAs and Sheikh Rasheed also got 1 seat so that's 3 out of 7 NA seats of Rawalpindi not a bad result at all. PTI also got 5 sitting MPs out of the 14 Punjab Assembly seats of Rawalpindi.

Nisar with his own votebank+PMLN vote bank still lost to PTI's Ghulam Sarwar Khan in 2013 GE.

A female candidate of PTI also came very close to winning NA53 of Rawalpindi. And PTI also got a sitting MNA on 1 out of 2 Islamabad seats and that MNA Asad Umar isn't even from Islamabad so won the by election based on PTI own votebank when Hashmi resigned from that seat to keep his Multan seat.
