I don't know Pashto but I read some translations on Twitter. Apparently the gist of it was a call to the US to destroy Islamabad, GHQ, Lahore & Pindi, the same way that US destroyed Afghanistan.
 
Anybody who doubts the profoundly anti-state and secessionist motives of the PTM should now atleast accept what this movement is really about.

I had no doubt long time go that PTM is a sponsored group. The issue EVERYONE supported was Pashtun boy Naqeebullah's murder by Rao Anwar; the man is notorious for hundreds of encounters and MQM had been accusing him for years. Surely, Naqeebullah's murder was a tragedy and EVERYONE supported him but this dodgy group exploited that murder and somehow made it Pashtun issue. Then they quickly moved on to FATA issues and then separation within months if not weeks.

I mean if you believe your struggle is against injustice, war, drone, you stand for development etc and then you use a known face (Mohsin Dawar) as your key leader who had been calling drone victims as terrorists and literally torch bearer of attacks in Waziristan. I can post dozens of his tweets where he is desperately advocating for more attacks.

Only the self-proclaimed liberals support them who think they are fighting some kind of noble fight for civil rights. It is time though that PTM is properly called out for their anti-state and secessionist agenda. Their hateful speeches that incite violence against Pakistan and its state institutions literally qualify as hate-speech.

Its also obvious that they are funded by NDS and by extension India. There are pictures of Mohsin Dawar (a Pakistani parliamentarian) with the Army Chief of the Afghan Security Forces. What can a Pakistani parliamentarian possibly have to do with the Army Chief of Afghanistan's ghost army? Then if you look at the pictures of PTM's international jalsas you will see a number of Afghan flags but no Pakistani flags. Just some of the many indicators where PTM's support actually lies.

Case filed against MNA Ali Wazir over anti-state remarks, desecration of Pakistani flag

CHARSADDA: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) police on Tuesday registered a case against Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) leader and member of National Assembly Ali Wazir over hate speech and desecration of Pakistani flag, ARY News reported.

I've seen these kind of statements from Afghan nationalists as far back as 2013, they have a deep hatred for Pakistan and for seem reason they mask their racism/ethnic chauvinism and hatred under progressivism.
 
Jitni gaaliyan do issay kam hai... Anyone burning Pakistan flags or inciting violence against Pakistanis needs to have the might of the law fall on them. This sc*m needs to be locked away for a long time.

I think they meant the same way their homes were destroyed by bombingt the rest of the country should feel the same pain (I don't agree with it obviously)

Damn I liked PTM when they were talking about important issues of pashtun's but I don't know what happened to them I hope they get themselves together cause they were bringing some important issues but know their movement just seems hijacked
 
Jailing and censoring them is counter-productive imo. Let them make speeches like these and expose themselves.
 
I think Ali Wazir has raised an important issue, and got carried away. He's a great man, and I will donate some money to PTM to support his great cause :)

Yeah the great man raises some amazing and logical issues with so much peace, like he raised one few days ago "We will hang these soldiers using barbed wires used to erect the fences on the Afghan border".

Now this fence is one of main reasons terrorism in Pakistan has substantially gone down and he has so much hatred for a soldier on border that he will hang them with wires? Many soldiers lost lives due to attacks from Afghanistan while they were putting this fence up. These PTM guys have of much love for Afghani terrorists, no wonder they now want America to destroy whole Pakistan because Afghan terrorists can't do that anymore.

Lawmakers Mohsin Dawar and Ali Wazir were on Sunday barred from boarding a Kabul-bound flight by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), saying the MNAs could not be allowed to travel abroad because their names were on the Exit Control List (ECL).

Dawar and Wazir were going to Afghanistan to attend President Ashraf Ghani's oath-taking ceremony, who was recently declared the winner of the Afghan elections held last year. The ceremony is scheduled for Monday.

The MNAs, who are leaders of the Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM), were stopped at FIA's immigration counter at the Islamabad airport.

“We were going to Kabul and our flight was scheduled for 3:30pm,” Mohsin Dawar told DawnNewsTV over phone, adding that they were stopped at the airport at 2pm during the immigration process.

An FIA official at the immigration counter also confirmed the development and said: "MNAs Mohsin Dawar and Ali Wazir were stopped from boarding a Kabul-bound flight as we found their names on the ECL."

PTM supporters and leaders Afrasiyab Khattak, Bushra Gohar, Ahtesham Afghan and Fazal Khan have flown to Kabul to attend the oath-taking ceremony, Dawar said. He added that they did not know they were facing a travel ban and said that they were being "punished for speaking the truth".

In November 2018, the MNAs were offloaded from a Dubai-bound plane for the same reason. However, the cabinet had directed the interior ministry to scrap off their names from the ECL.

Might sound a bit insensitive but did Pakistan lose anything due to his speech or does he have the ability to cause any damage? As if US was waiting for his permission. From economic point of view Pakistan is just wasting its resources by chasing after all talk no action people. And then PM had to intervene to give him the permission to fly overseas. As if nothing else is left to do so lets waste time on failed politicians or some random activists.

PTI needs to make his seat a top priority in the next election. PTI did not field a candidate against him in 2018. Talk about being ungrateful.

So PTI government allowed them so they can attend their Prime Minister's oath taking ceremony and somehow it's a humiliation for the government. If they arrest these scammers or give them room to operate, it's humiliation either way :))

I don't think these sort of statements would be tolerated in a first world country, never mind Pakistan. Probably a good idea to lock the ringleaders up and bring charges, these statements are highly irresponsible.

Exactly. Jokes aside, I don't get Pakistan at times. We think it's okay to lock up people on false blasphemy cases and yet someone who asks a foreign power to destroy major cities has somehow not committed treason :))

KARACHI: South Waziristan lawmaker Ali Wazir was sent on physical remand by an anti-terrorism court in Karachi on Saturday.

The MNA and five other accused were presented in court today where the police requested a one-month remand of the accused. However, the court sent them on remand till December 30.

Ali Wazir moved to Karachi
On Friday, officials had confirmed that the Wazir was shifted to the metropolis two days after he was arrested by the Peshawar Police.

Wazir has been arrested for allegedly making a hate speech. He was taken into custody by the Peshawar Police on the request of the Karachi Police.

Earlier, on Wednesday, Wazir said he had no idea why he was detained in Peshawar. "I have received pre-arrest bail as well," he had said at the time.

Speaking on the matter on the same day, MNA Mohsin Dawar said Wazir had been arrested while he was exiting the Shuhada-e-APS Memorial Library.

Peshawar's Central City Police Officer (CCPO) Muhammad Ali Khan had mentioned that "a team of Sindh police" arrived in the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said that "we assisted [them] in arresting Ali Wazir".

A case was registered against the South Waziristan lawmaker and others — including Manzoor Pashteen and Mohsin Dawar — at Karachi's Sohrab Goth Police Station on the government's complaint. It was filed on December 7 after Wazir and others addressed a December 6 public rally in the same area.

According to the first information report (FIR), the rally's organisers had not obtained prior permission to hold the event.

"Speakers at the rally used hateful words against the Pakistan Army, Rangers, and others," it said.

A letter was written to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police for the arrest of Ali Wazir in the case, police officials said.
 
Was a blunder from the PTI to allow them to have those two NA seats.

IK thought they'd be less resentful after winning some influence in the NA.

Pakistan is full of plenty of these and yet the real people they who are in power in government yet let such filth roam around and say do whatever they want to do.

Absolutely despicable and yet that is why there's so much problems that exist in the country with no end in sight.

Ali Wazir to record statement today

KARACHI: Interned Pashtoon Tahafuz Movement leader MNA Ali Wazir will record his statement before a court in a four-year-old case of alleged ‘sedition’ on Friday (today).

Judicial Magistrate (South) Ms Tahmina will record the PTM leader’s statement under the Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

On Thursday, the investigating officer of the case produced Ali Wazir before the magistrate and requested to record his statement under Section 164 CrPC. However, defence counsel Abdul Qadir raised the objection that he had not been provided copies of the documentary evidence, including the statements of his client and witnesses recorded by the police under Section 161 of the CrPC. He requested deferment of recording of his client’s statement.

The magistrate granted the request and fixed Friday for recording the statement.

According to the interim challan filed with the ATC-XII, Ali Wazir while addressing a public gathering in a Boat Basin flat in 2018 defamed the state institutions inducing people to wage a war against the state, thus committing sedition.
