Now it's given, so it's a no ball. But the camera angle was from extra cover, which showing the heel behind line. Also, the photo frame is stopped just when the feet touched the ground, not landed. Probably, they couldn't install camera stumps, otherwise, stump cam could have shown his heel crossing line.
