[RESULT] PPCL | Twenty20 Cup | Round 10 | Cerebral Assassins v Lightning Hawks CC

Good passage again - 46 runs for the loss of only Hadlee's wicket. Smart cricket.

Mohan as well as Broad bowled out which is great - that's 1/3 boosts nullified.

Big thing is that we still have Andy and myself batting. Perfect platform set, with Azzurri and The Viper to follow.

Need to go 10-11 RPO from here and barring the sim royally screwing us over, that should be match-winning. The team chasing 180+ on normal has always fell well short so it would take a proper troll job for us to lose should we reach 180. :))

We felt chasing teams have a better winning ratio in general in this format. Might have been the wrong call but we lost the toss anyhow :))

I feel like the opposite has been true on a normal pitch in T20s, although in ODs on normal it's definitely true, same with other pitches in T20s as well.

Whatever though, as you said you lost the toss anyway so it didn't matter at the end of the day.

Terrific fightback from the bowlers!

However RRR is still under control. This pair and Hamad can bat so we need 1 or 2 more quick wickets.

Crucial 5 overs coming up.

You know what, I feel Assassins will scrape a win here but at the same time PB will sneak a BP win and qualify :)))

Good fightback!

Two wickets in the next five overs are required if we are to win this.
