Who is the guy who analyzes other teams and its players for their weaknesses?

I am yet to see any plans against any batsman that has happened alot during the last few years.

We are blaming Misbah/Waqar etc, but what is this guy doing?

You can do all the analysis in the world, but ultimately the players need to have the ability to execute the analysis on the pitch. Our players do not have that ability.

We are a Sri Lanka/West Indies/Bangladesh level team but we focus too much on stuff that have little or nothing to do with why we are rubbish.

The bottom-line is that our players are not good enough. They don’t have the talent or the skill or the mentality.

Yep, poor analysis in this tour. Bowled spin to Woakes when it should have been Nasim bowling bouncers in the test game and no bouncers bowled to Morgan on Sunday.

We could have won both games with better analysis. Just hire someone from Cricwiz like Multan Sultans did, the current analyst is terrible and should be fired ASAP

True. There is a serious lack of talent when average players like Hafeez and Malik are still playing at the age of 38-40.

I have been only following Pakistan since the first PSL and i have seen no improvement. Since then the test team has gotten worse, ODI team is just now slightly better, and T20 team is still struggling with the same issues.

PCB must appoint competent people with a proven track record as selectors and coaching staff and stick with them for several years with a clear plan to improve Pakistan cricket team. No matter who the management and selectors are we will continue to lose against top teams untill we develop talented cricketers. It's going to take time, so no point in acting surprised and getting upset over defeats against top teams and sacking the management every couple of years. However, it's important to have the right people in these roles. I don't think Misbah has shown any indication that is the right person to develop this Pakistan team.

But what if they ain't given analysis then how are they meant to excute the plans ?

Other teams have more than one analyst. We probably have one analyst.... probably someone who knows how to turn on a laptop & they gave him the title of analyst.
