yea india in recent past destroyed many bowlers by focusing too much on line and length and playing defensive instead of pace and attack but i agree you need to have some brain cells even for raw pace otherwise you will become yadav, tait, best and aaron

yes agree. like Umar Gul and Sami used to get around 90mph at times too (Sami more) but the deliveries never had the same zip and bounce like Akhtar. It almost seemed they got faster after bouncing off the pitch
