warnie has not lost the habit of turning games on their head.

And that is why he retired :yk

Strange coz like other retired greats still have done something in t20 leagues or exhibition matches. Lara, absolutely nothing. Not that it matters at all but just like today, we all expect Lara to show up. Sad stuff, imagine how happy we all would have been if he'd hit a few sixes here. That SRTY six to Walsh i thought was the best of the day. Got me fired up.

Inzi should have been a part of this. May be he was rejected at the visa interview due to his ankle high shalwar

I think Sehwag is the difference.

Don't see anyone in the opposition who can score 55 at 250 SR.

The hitters are either too old or they can't hit.

Far out Warne, he's still got it. HE COULD STILL PLAY INTERNATIONAL CRICKET!

:)) :))

Warne gets Laxman, Lara & Tendulkar!

2nd best leg spin bowler ever on fire :yasir

That shot by Tendulkar down the ground was an absolute peach!

In Lord's Yuvi and Finch were the difference.

Here Sehwag is. Don't see anyone in the opposition who can smash like Sehwag.

Though Sanga recently retired so he can go for it.

Ambrose retired 15 years ago. Akram,Rhodes and Hooper retired 12 years ago lol

Yup very true!

Sehwag is still playing first class cricket so I'm not sure if he should have been flown in at the last minute or not since it kind of makes things un fair - however from an entertainment point of view it was a brilliant knock to see

Muralitharan better show up as well to match Warne's magic.

Come on Murali :murali

His still good enough for ground strokes...the 6 shot was a classic extension of arms, drives of Wasim were damn good.

Whenever he tried to slog it out of the park, it looks ugly.

Problem with oldies.

sehwag apparently got a hundred recently in the ranji trophy, bring him back to replace the fake sehwag dhawan!

Sanga? I'm pretty sure he can score at that rate if he wants to against this kind of bowling.

Actually that's a good point!

If Akhtar bowls like Donnald did - Sanga should be able to smack a few

how is laxman in the same league as any of these others?

Sachin's bowlers better save these total. :))) Sangakkara, Symmo, Ponting, Kallis are not old at all :)))

Yup - a lot of those drives would go for fours on cricket fields!

Moon Khan padded up to come in next I think!

Yup I think Sanga will do well. He's still playing county cricket.

True. Sanga is recent and can smash some if he goes aerial.

ricky ponting can smash some.

Ponting an oldie like SRT and Lara. Most likely would look ugly when smashing and get out.

But can go the ground route and score. But SR gets affected on this pitch with ground route cos 4s turn into singles.

Ooooh yeah am loving this game; absolute joy watching Warnie in all his glory; Decent game so far, sehwag was in beast mode and now the spinners have taken over. Someone will need to find a new gear to push this total to something decent, who else is there in the line up that can slog?

Ideal conditions for these legends. The stadium is small which can give the batsmen easy chances of hitting sixes. But also the outfield is slow which will suit bowlers as not much fours will be hit. A good balance overall.

Also, I don't think the Blasters will score too many. They have slowed down considerably after Sehwag's dismissal. :))

Carl Hooper has come from 18th century to play cricket :)))

Actually the point of the game is a bit lost.

Cos the ground may be small but legends are old who aren't able to go aerial.

And ground strokes don't get enough value due to SUPER SLOW outfield that literally stops the ball.

So that's why there is such a struggle to score.

square boundaries are small and you know which shot Ponting likes to play.
