I am sure many of our resident hotheads are relishing a showdown in courts but think of this.
Unless the courts (not sure which ones will have any jurisdiction) do rule in favour of one, then what are the chances of any of these teams ever wanting to play each other again?
The matter will soon move from cricket to politics once the opening arguments are heard then sport will take a back-seat for good.
Both sides need to think carefully.
