'Say No To Corruption' campaign by NAB

Anyone else getting these NAB text messages in Pakistan with the text "Say No To Corruption" ?

I wonder if Nawaz Sharif, Zardari and co also recieved this text message from NAB or saw the ad on newspapers and utility bills? Because so far it looks like this message is only for poor citizen of Pakistan and they don't steal billions and trillions but they are the bigger evils in NAB eyes.
