Secret to Bangladesh's success: A perfect recipe of experience, passion & hard work? Lessons for Pak

And yet they've lost the last four games in a row...

what pakistan is to bangladesh is what india is to pakistan (in world cup).... (well almost). performance against other teams doesn't come in to play.

Also, I find it amazing how for three consecutive world cups now I´ve foretold a certain win for Bangladesh. In 2011 it was again England - and I foretold it three to four weeks before that - then again against England in 2015 which I foretold a week before or so, and now yesterday´s victory. The PakPassion Predictions Competition for the ongoing tournament is a witness to the one point that I got from yesterday´s match. :msd

They are an extremely professional side. Yesterday their fielding and fitness was excellent. I honestly think they can beat the 4-man team on Thursday!

Ah´, I forgot to add how I so admire the cut shot that Shakib plays to the point, which is cut with such precision and timing that it can race away to the fence even if nine fielders are placed there. I think he got five to six of those right on Monday. Amazing!

I'm a fan.

Love their brand of cricket and they are just getting better and better.

In this World Cup they have been a breath of fresh air:

Beat S Africa after scoring 330
N Zealand only beat them by 2 wickets
Scored 280 versus England
Beat W Indies when chasing down a target of 322
Scored 333 against Australia

Bdesh is the only team that probably has 4 of the 6 batsmen having close to 200 ODI matches experience each. No other team in this world cup has that experience and that's the only difference. If they don't win against Pakistan and Lanka, then it will be just another of those tours where people might say "Bdesh is improving" but really nothing much beyond that. Pakistan and Lanka are in terrible forms, yet when they are in great form they win tournaments. Bdesh on the other hand in great form, competes well.

I don't think WI should be taken as standard. Pakistan, facing its first match, had some surprising moment and before they had collected themselves, time ran out.

Pakistan at its weakest point will still beat Bangladesh 9/10 times.

Gone are the days when Pakistan used to dominate Bangladesh, it's the other way around.

@ topic - What is Mosrafe's role within the team? He is neither a good bowler nor a batsman? Is he a specialist captain like Sarfaraz?
