Should Babar Azam open the innings in ODIs?

Babar is not quite the player suited for open the innings in ODIs.

It's better to continue deploying him in his current role at 1 down position.

Why doesn’t this happen for us in T20?

I'm talking about ODI's. In T20s nowadays its more apt to have your best players opening. Ironically I don't think Babar should be opening because he's not our best T20 batter.

I think Tayyab Tahir being slotted in now is a bit unfair. To be asked to bat in a WC in India when you haven't been given exposure is unfair. This is a big reason for why I wouldn't include him.

Fakhar was brought randomly in the champions trophy and won it for us.

A player cam never be ready, they just gotta take the opportunity when given. Pakistan needs to give him an opportunity.
