Seems too emotional to me. Don't think he can handle the pressure. Expect him to fail like Waqar, which is why I hope PCB doesn't consider him. Would love to see Moody coach Pakistan one day, he's quality.

I do not think he is good enough to be head coach of a country , maybe mentor for junior groups.

Micky Arthur was preferred over him. If we look around Justin Langer, Gary Kirsten, Tom Moody and Gillespie are good coaches but I don't think they will be willing to coach Pakistan team if approached.
Personally I will think out of the box and consider KP as coach. I know he won't be taking the job, just wishful thinking

Until and unless all of our players get comfortable in English and develop game awareness, none of the foreign coaches are beneficial to us. Plus these foreigners have little inkling of our culture. What worked for Mickey in South Africa will not work for Pakistani players. For me, Wasim Akram is the best choice who still understands the nuances of the modern game and can strategize.

I would love Tom Moody to be our coach..
Of all the coaches Ive seen and head, he seems the most intelligent and clued up.
Wish we had him instead of the 'all talk but no action' choker we have right now

putting all the blame on Mickey just because KK didn't perform well is nonsense.
Though PAK is also not performing well and the reason is the extra ordinary preference to youngsters!
we beg for the youngsters and against the seniors but at the end of the day the seniors are the back bone of the team.

He's almost 60 and hasn't coached a proper side in his life. There's obviously a reason for that.
The way Misbah is not retiring , doesnt look like he cares much about Pakistan cricket and I won;t give him any job in Pakistan cricket.

I don't have an opinion on him. Haven't seen him coach in national tournaments.

Maybe a batting coach. I don't feel has the complete coaching skills.
Tom Moody will be a very good coach, he changed the fortunes of Sri Lankan cricket under him.
Having said that I want Mickey to continue, he has got history of great coaching stints backing him and his interest in Pakistan cricket seems to be growing. Its still early days in his coaching stint and I believe he will do better as the worse of our tours are behind us now.
