We have been absolutely terrible in Tests, shambolic! and I fear that even Ireland could may upset us. Our decline began the moment Inzi / Mickey took over, to be fair to them they are doing a passable job in the limited forms, our major success should be attributed to the PSL and a fine leader in Sarfraz. But in Tests we have been terrible, I actually wouldn't mind bringing back Waqar Younis; we were undefeated in the fortress at least !
I have lost my patience with the current lost, am SHOCKED that people have already made peace with the fact that we lost 2-0 to Lanka ! if we are so quick to hype Mickey and Inzi they deserve a lot of criticism to and possible punishment in the form of lining up for the firing squad in the Test format !
My only concern about having multiple coach's and selectors for distinct formats is that Inzi and Mickey are known to have some huge ego's so am not sure they'd be professional enough to get along with other coaching staff.
It's a radical idea but a potentially revolutionary one, Inzi has been anything but revolutionary and we know how silly he was as a captain and a batsman at times! the guy fell over his own wickets for gods sake! that man is now the national selector
Thank ALLAH swt that we have the PSL which has been the main source for our success and a captain of Sarfraz's calibre but it could be short lived if we do not have a world class management set up which is capable of ensuring our success in the ultimate format TEST CRICKET.
