A lot of positives in Naseem Shah's performances at the moment, and a lot of good things being said about him but is he ready to represent Pakistan in LOIs and/or Tests?

I get the feeling 3 of the 4 pacers for the Aus tests will be Abbas, Shaheen, and Faheem. The fourth will only be one of Naseem and Hasnain.
You can't go to Australia without pace. Nasim Shah, Hasnain need to be on that tour
Imran Khan took Waqar to Australia in 1989
Sameen Gul and Ehsan Adil stand a good chance.
Waqar has spoken out against the selection of Hasnain for the test team due to his inexperience

If he gets selected and ends up playing, it'll be unfair to him if Pakistan go with a 4-man bowling attack like we did when we last toured AUS.
they should have 3 frontline pace bowlers, Shadab, Yamin and Haris to get through overs.
Misbah doesn't like his tail to start at #7 so I highly doubt the possibility of playing the attack you mentioned
I would pick him but ensure we dont over bowl him. I guess we will have decent 5th bowling option in Haris Sohail and Azhar ali, and Yasir Shah is all set to be dumped.
Is he going to be the youngest pace bowler to make a test debut? Seems like it. He has 20 years to make a great career, hopefully he makes the most of it.
They probably won't debut him yet , but will play the 3 day match I reckon. I think its good enough at this stage.

My fear is at the age of 16, is his body ready for the rigors of test cricket. His workloads needs to be monitored.
