So I was reading the discussion in another thread where @sweep_shot wants anyone that supports Haseena or her party to either be jailed or assassinated. Now in real life he may not subscribe to these extremist thoughts and only saying it hiding behind a forum.

But just wanted to take feedback from erudite and learned posters here. Do you guys agree with such sentiment? @The Bald Eagle @DeadlyVenom

Should BJP and Modi also starts jailing and killing anyone for supporting Rahul Gandhi?

Should PDM also jail anyone for supporting Imran Khan?

Discuss.

It depends.

For example, if someone supports the Nazis, he deserves to be jailed.

If it is a regular party, nobody should be jailed, unless the person has done corruption.

No need to take comments of this bigoted Islamist seriously. He’s on shtposting spree from one thread to the other and apparently he’s been given the license to continue with the low quality blasphemous posts because probably that’s resulting in heated debates resulting in more activity in the forums. I don’t personally agree with this philosophy. It’s one thing having different opinions but to let certain posters go on a low quality shtposting spree without any repercussions is not good for the forum.

There are many Pakistani posters who have strong opinions on matters and still maintain a level of sanity and quality in their posting.

This poster tried his best to deny Hindu genocide in Bangladesh despite all the clear evidences we keep seeing on a regular basis. Bangladesh is a hell hole right now and to support such people in these times of massive human rights violations in Bangladesh is extremely irresponsible behaviour.

If they have committed crime then yes, for example people who facilitated Hasina and her terror and were involved in killing of innocents. If they are jus supporters then no.

It all depends on who is in power. They seek vendetta on their opponents while it lasts. It happens in every country. Even in the most powerful nation in the history of planet earth, we saw how Trump was dragged into every political controversy and issue. When Republicans were in power, they did not go easy on Democrats. It goes both ways.

You can't do that until the one who people are supporting is a serial killer or criminal

Nope open support of such criminals should lead to some fiscal penalty or incarceration depending on the extent of support
People dont grasp the trickiness of political support. Its a slippery slope. Basically leads to victors of any revolution going about punishing the previous regime. You see this in Pakistan for decades now, either its army or the new party just spends time punishing the previous party instead of actually governing. Same is happening in Bangladesh.

The bar for punishing political opponents needs to be very very high. Else its constant Anarchy an autocrat who clings to power just for the fear that he will be punished once he loses power and in that process commits more crimes. Its always the story of ex-PM president being jailed. The only constant is power struggle and lack of focus on development.

Look who is talking. :misbah :inti

It depends on the situation. If a leader is encouraging their supporters to incite violence and chaos in the streets after their arrest, or urging them to stop sending remittances to harm the country's economy, it becomes clear that their priority is personal power, not the well-being of the nation. In such cases, the leader and their supporters should face serious consequences and even a"*****inated, as their actions are a direct threat to the stability and security of the country.

Hasina's supporters should be jailed 100% considering what she has done (ayna ghor and whatnot).

Hasina’s supporters are all Indian agents and they should not be free on Bangladeshi soil. :inti
