Should Saud Shakeel be made Pakistan's all format captain?

Rohit Sharma should be dropped? Lol, why would I disagree to that? He's an aged has been now, His innings against starc this 2024 wc is his final innings of note. He is finished. And carrying a dead weight will do India more harm then good.

As for Rizwan, he's crap and garbage, I agree qith you that saud shouldn't be made all format captain but if pcb is making rizzu a whiteball captain and Shan in red ball captain then might as well give saud all format captaincy.

The other 2 are rubbish players and are far far behind saud as a batter, not that saud is a good whiteball batter to begin with.

I am up for Saud tp be made red-ball captain but making him all-format captain is a bit too much. Not worth it.

Pakistan doesn't need an all format captain and this obsession with all format captaincy needs to stop.

The irony is that players like Misbah could have been viewed in a much more positive light had they stuck to one format captaincy and been one format players.

From 2012-2016, Misbah should have only been test captain with hafeez being t20 and odi captain until sarfi came along. If pakistan were to have an all format captain then it should have been YK and oathgate should not have happened.

Similarly sarfi should have only been whiteball captain. He clearly wasn't cutout for redball captaincy and Azhar Ali should have been entrusted to remain red ball captain.

Currently pakistan should have individual captains for each format.

Saud for red ball

For t20 give Shaheen captaincy and tell shaheen to only play t20. It's clear shaheen only wants to play that format and isn't interested in odi.

For odi? That's a bit tricky, my ego doesn't wish to say rizwan, but ik fakhar is a rubbish captain and must remain an an opener only, and ik muhammad haris is out of the question so ig I'll say
