Should T20 cricket be used as a base to test upcoming stars in Pakistan cricket?

I think 20/20 cricket is a difficult format to play as decision making needs to be quick and as well as this there is huge popularity in T20 cricket this means the fans demand a lot from players,So should we use T20I's as a base to prepare our promising stars for the future.

If we were to change the concept and do what England are doing at the moment we can identify future stars,I believe T20 cricket is a bit of fun and even if we loose no one will take it too serious.

Most youngsters in pak need there skills honing in and T20s are perfect

Test specialists are identified from a certain age,These guys should be fully committed To FC cricket
 
No Malik and No Hafeez as well as the regulars Amir,Tanvir,Wahab,Shehzad,One Akmal

This will help us as the team will bond and guys that are not yet Intl material can Experiance playing in one format with regularity and the funny thing is this team will out perform the current one.
